PAYMENT POLICY:
All Prices in U.S. Currency.
All suites are Double Occupancy.
No charge for children 5 and under with parent.
A two night minimum stay is required (during high season) unless waived by manager.
50% deposit due at time of booking.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
Equivalent to one nights lodging.

CANCELATION POLICY:
14-day notice to cancel is required to receive refund.
$10 per day charged for cancelled reservation.

RESTRICTIONS & REGULATIONS:
Maximum Occupancy: 4 (No more)
NO SMOKING
Smoking in suites will be charged a $500.00 cleaning fee.
NO PETS

Monthly rates between May 25th and Sept. 15th generally not available. Monthly rate requires rental agreement, security deposit & payment in advance.
